On this page, we have added guidance to help speed up your order when you contact us.
NB: ‘you’ refers to you, the customer contacting us. ‘Us’ or ‘we’ refers to DZP Technologies Ltd.
- In the form on the Contact Us page, be sure to include:
– the product name(s) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order. We can supply most quantities, from millilitres (ml) to multi-litres. This information will enable us to generate a quote for you.
– the delivery address of where you want your products to be delivered to. This will enable us to calculate the delivery charge, which will then be added to your quote. We will only use your address information in order to carry out this step, and your information will be treated in line with GDPR policy. - We will generate a quote for your purchase using the above provided information, and we will also provide an estimated lead time. The quote will be sent to the email address you provide in your enquiry form.
- If you are happy with the quoted price and want to proceed with your purchase, either you, or your department administrator, or Finance team must send us a Purchase Order containing the information detailed in our quote. Ideally, the Purchase Order should be sent to us as soon as possible so that we can process your order quickly and you can receive your products with minimal delay. We will not ship orders without us having received a Purchase Order from you first.
- Do include a contact email address for where we need to send our Invoice, either in an email or within your Purchase Order.
- Once we have handed over your purchase to a courier, we will send you the tracking number of your parcel.
- Upon receipt of your parcel, we will send an Invoice to the email address you provided in the Purchase Order.
We do not supply products and services to individual customers. Your order must be placed from your business or university.
